Motherhood is one of the greatest blessings given to a woman. There are many stages in a women’s life which turn her life upside down and pregnancy happens to be one of them. Being a mother is a full-time job and when it comes to actresses, it becomes even tougher. Celebrities often skip the marriage and kid’s to achieve name and fame. But there are a bunch of Bollywood actresses who didn’t care about their career and sacrificed it all for marriage. This resulted in a number of actresses getting pregnant at a young age.

Sharmila Tagore

Sharmila Tagore married Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi after the royalty did a lot of wooing. They had a nikah in 1969 for which Sharmila converted to Islam. When Sharmila was 25-years-old, the couple welcomed their prince, Saif Ali Khan into the world.

Neetu Singh

Looks like Neetu Singh started everything before age! She started as a child actor in Bollywood, then, began dating Rishi Kapoor when she was around 14 years old. In fact, on 22 January 1980, the duo got married when she turned 21 and in the same year in September, she gave birth to daughter Riddhima and soon after which Ranbir was born in 1982.

Dimple Kapadia

Dimple Kapadia was amongst the few lucky fans who got married to their celebrity crush! She was just 16-years-old when she got married to the biggest superstar of that time, Rajesh Khanna. She gave birth to the beautiful daughter Twinkle Khanna when she was just 17-years-old.

Nutan

With her beauty and talent, Nutan has immortalized herself in the heart of every Hindi cinema lover. She got married to naval Lieutenant-Commander Rajnish Behl in 1959 and gave birth to a son, the ‘Sanjeevani’ series actor Mohnish Behl when she was 25-years-old!!

Mira Rajput

Right when the duo got married in 2015 when she was 21, there were many hearts broken that they are still healing! The duo has a 13-year age difference and Mira is in no way related to Bollywood except for her husband! Even though the marriage was arranged, they fit together like the pieces of a puzzle. The couple welcomed the cutest daughter on earth a year after their marriage when she was 22!

Bhagyashree

Bhagyashree made her Bollywood debut with the movie ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’ and married Himalaya Dasani at the age of 21. And just about a year later, the actress embraced motherhood and gave birth to a son, Abhimanyu Dasani at the age of 22 years! It is quite interesting that she remains an eternal beauty even after being a mother of two- a son and a daughter.

Sarika

Bollywood actress, Sarika, married actor Kamaal Hassan in 1988. The couple gave birth to two beautiful daughters – Shruti and Akshara. Sarika delivered Shruti at the age of 26. However, the couple got separated in 2004. Shruti is also a Bollywood actress while Akshara is said to be preparing for her debut.

Honey Irani

Scriptwriter Honey Irani married noted lyricist and scriptwriter Javed Akhtar in March 1972 at the age of 22. Then the same year, in October, she delivered daughter Zoya. However, Farhan Akhtar was born two years later in 1974. But sadly, their marriage ended on a bitter note and the duo got divorced.

Urvashi Dholakia

Urvashi Dholakia is an Indian television actress. She is best known for her role as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay and also known for participating in the television reality show Bigg Boss 6, where she was the winner in early 2013. She married at the tender age of 16 and had twin boys, Kshitij and Sagar, at age 17. Also, she has raised them as a single mother since she was 18!! Quite shocking, isn’t it?

Babita

Actress Babita married Randhir Kapoor in 1971 and bid adieu to the world of cinema. She gave birth to a daughter, Karisma, three years later at the age of 26.
