Love binds two people together, they see a dream to live together forever. But sometimes due to personal problems and difference in opinions and thinking to lead them to leave each other. Among a number of TV reality shows in India, some were based on such a theme, how to save an ending relationship. Some celebrity couples hosted them and gave tips or love-lessons to the couples to save their relationship. But the irony is, these star couples themselves didn’t learn anything from their ‘Love Gyaan’ and in real life dumped their partners soon after doing these shows together.
Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan – Power Couple
Sony TV’s reality show Power Couple was an Indian adaptation of one of Israel’s most successful reality shows. 10 celebrity couples participated in the show. They lived under one roof and faced extreme challenges to prove how well they know each other. Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan hosted the show with his then-wife Malaika Arora. The show started in December 2015 and ended in 2016. Following the same year, Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan filed for divorce and got divorced finally in 2017.
Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel – Love School
Karishma Tanna started dating Upen Patel when both of them appeared as a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss in 2015. In 2015-2016 the couple went on to host the first season of the MTV’s reality show Love School. The series focuses on relationships of real life-couples. With the end of the show, Upen and Karishma’s relationship also ended.
