‘Crime Patrol’ actress Preksha Mehta commits suicide; leaves a chilling last message on Instagram
Hira Nagar police station incharge Rajeev Bhadoriya talking about her suicide was quoted saying as, “Preksha was a TV actor and was in the city since the lockdown. We are investigating the case further to know the reason of her suicide.”
Reportedly, the actress had moved to Mumbai two years ago and she was apparently worried about not getting any work after the end of the lockdown. She had moved to her hometown when the lockdown was brought in Force.
In recent times, this is the second suicide in the industry after ‘Aadat Se Majboor’ actor Manmeet Grewal committed suicide as he was in depression owing to the financial woes caused by the lockdown.
