Self-proclaimed film pundit Kamaal R Khan is in a difficult situation! A FIR has been held up against him in rural Bandra, Mumbai for purportedly offering critical remarks against on-screen characters Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, both of whom spent away a month ago, reports Press Trust of India.

Police affirmed to the news organization that the FIR was recorded after a grumbling by Yuva Sena’s center board of trustees part, Rahul Kanal, with respect to the supposed offending tweets posted by KRK, an authority said.

On April 30, KRK had purportedly said in a tweet that Rishi Kapoor must not bite the dust as alcohol shops were set to before long revive in the nation. He had additionally as far as anyone knows offered ill bred comments against Irrfan Khan, the authority educated further.

A senior police official has been quoted saying by the agency, “We have registered an FIR against Kamaal R Khan for making derogatory remarks about both the deceased actors under section 294 (punishment for obscene acts or words in public) and other provisions of the IPC.” The official further said that no arrest had been made and that the probe was underway.

Rishi, one of the most loved actors of the Hindi film industry, breathed his last on April 30 after battling cancer for almost one and a half years. The actor spent his last days at Mumbai’s Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, his funeral was a limited affair.
