Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Enforcement Directorate summons Rhea Chakraborty on THIS date
With the new developments unveiling in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case, Rhea Chakraborty has come in the focus for many questions raised by Police as well as his family. The actress reportedly is missing after the late actor’s father, KK Singh filed a complaint against her with the Patna police, accusing her of unlawful confinement and abetment to suicide. As per the latest reports, the actress now is to be questioned by the Enforcement Directorate after the CBI probe comes into the picture.
Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde has been proceeding her plea of seeking a transfer of the FIR filed in Patna to Mumbai in the Supreme Court. However, SC is yet to make the final hearing on the same. Meanwhile, the sources while talking about the ED summoning the actress informed CNN News18 that, the Enforcement Directorate will be investigating investments made by Rhea in two properties in Mumbai. They will be checking if the flow of funds in these properties was from Sushant Singh Rajput’s accounts. Rhea’s Chartered Accountant (CA) has also been summoned.
The development comes after Sushant’s CA Sandeep Shridhar was summoned by the ED recently. He was questioned about the late actor’s finances and the companies that he had set up in the past. The actress will be called in to join interrogation on coming Friday i.e August 7.
