On one-month anniversary of Rishi Kapoor’s death, Neetu and Riddhima Kapoor pay tribute with emotional posts
On the one-month anniversary of Rishi Kapoor’s death, his wife Neetu took to her Instagram handle to remember her late husband. Sharing a throwback picture of both, she penned down an emotional note. She paid tribute to Rishi Kapoor writing a few lines from the song ‘Wish Me Luck as You Wave Me Goodbye’.
It read: “Wish me luck as you wave me goodbye
Cheerio, here I go on my way
With a cheer, not a tear, in your eye
Give me a smile, I can keep for a while
In my heart while I’m away ❤️”(sic).

Also, daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and her husband Bharat Sahni paid tribute to the actor. Riddhima posted a picture of the Kapoor family on her Instagram stories and wrote a Hebrew proverb as the caption that read, “Say not in grief: ‘He is no more,’ but live in thankfulness that he was.” The picture features Riddhima, Bharat, their daughter Samara, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
Bharat also took to his Instagram stories to share a picture from Rishi Kapoor’s prayer meet.
Rishi Kapoor took his last breath on April 30, after a two-year-long battle with leukaemia. Riddhima couldn’t come for the last rites of her dad due to the nationwide lockdown. But later after taking permission, she travelled via Road and reached Mumbai from Delhi. From the posts, we can feel how sorely his family misses the actor.
