Nia, Rashami And Vijayendra’s Naagin 4 Is Coming To An End As It Could Not Meet Expectations; Deets Inside
Due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus, shoots of upcoming episodes of television shows have been stalled and many series are now going off air permanently. Unfortunately, Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 4 is one such show which will come to an end soon after the lockdown is over. Rumors about the same have been doing the rounds since the past two days and the reason behind it was unclear. Earlier, news of Rashami Desai’s exit from the show due to budget cuts also surfaced, but now it is being speculated that season 4 will end to make way for Naagin 5.
A source close to the development told Pinkvilla that the channel and makers have taken the decision begin work on Naagin 5 and end season 4 as it did not do too well and could not meet the expectations that viewers had, despite all the experimentations. The source further revealed, “The fourth season did not work as expected and Rashami’s addition to the show only added to the budget constraints in this time of economic crisis amid others. Hence, after speaking to the production house, it was decided that not just Rashami, Nia, and Vijayendra’s character will also be ending.” Apparently the decision was not completely based on the budgetary constraints.
It was also reported that the actors have been informed about this new development and they will shoot the concluding episodes after the lockdown. The Film City is expected to reopen on 15th June.
While the show initially began with a story revolving around Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria and Jasmin Bhasin, Rashami became a part of the supernatural fantasy thriller series after stepping out of the Bigg Boss 13 house.
