It is said that many of the Bollywood actors have undergone plastic surgery to look hot and sexy on-screen. In fact, botox, liposuction and other transplants have become very common and our small screen actress are not lack behind.

• Mouni Roy

According to media report, Mouni Roy who is currently seen playing the role of Shivanya in Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural show “Naagin” has done a lip surgery. “Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev” actress was not happy with her upper thin lips and so decided to take such a big decision.

• Sara Khan

Sara Khan who came into limelight for her role of Sadhna in the serial “Sapna Babul Ka…Bidaai”, according to media report also gone under knife for most of her facial parts. Her cheeks, eyes, eye lashes and nose; everything has been corrected. But ex Bigg Boss contestant Sara, never admitted to it.

• Gauhar Khan

Model-turned-actress, Gauhar Khan herself admitted that she went under the needle to get their lips perfected. Almost five years back, Gauhar had cancelled her shoot of her reality show “Khan Sisters” after her lip surgery goes awfully wrong. However, with the after-surgery look appearing worse than the before-surgery look, Gauhar refused to go on camera and consequently the shoot had to be cancelled.

In one of the interview, Gauhar confessed about her lip surgery by saying, “”I wanted to try the temporary lip augmentation procedure, which lasts for around 3 to 4 hours. But I didn’t like the way it looked at all at that point and so, the shoot of ‘Khan Sisters’ had to be stalled, as I was in shock and wasn’t comfortable being captured on camera on that moment.”

• Rashami Desai

‘Uttaran’ fame Rashmi Desai had gone under knife to remove the extra fats from her body. The surgery had taken place in Mumbai hospital. In “Nach Baliye 7″ love challenge, Rashami took a lie detector test and confessed to having undergone a cosmetic surgery. But like a good husband, Nandish took his wife’s side and said that Rashami mistook cosmetic treatments for cosmetic surgery and she has undergone cosmetic treatment not surgery.

• Mouli Ganguly

Mouli Ganguly who came into limelight as Shaina in Ekta Kapoor’s serial “Kaahin Kissii Roz” “Kya Huaa Tera Vaada”. If reports are too believed, Mouli has also undergone a lip surgery. However, Mouli rubbished this news and stated, “Neither have I gone under the knife nor have I taken any injection to look beautiful.”

• Eva Grover

Eva Grover, who is currently seen in Zee Tv’s serial “Tashan-E-Ishq” was unhappy with her thin upper lips. The actress went for a lip job which helped her in making her lips look fuller. In an interview, Eva confessed by saying, “I wanted my lips to be slightly fuller so I went for it. My lips are looking better. Lots of actors do it; it’s quite common and I don’t feel it’s a matter of discussion.”
