Sohail Khan has been married to Seema (Sachdev – her maiden surname) for about two decades now. But their love story was not a usual one. Delhi girl Seema Sachdev flew to Mumbai to become a fashion designer. In Mumbai, while she was building up her career, she bumped into Sohail, the cupid struck and they fell for each other. But Seema’s family was reportedly not ready for their marriage.

After dating for some time, the two took a stand. They decided to marry against Seema’s family’s will. Sohail debuted as a director with the Salman-Kajol-Arbaaz-starrer ‘Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’ (1998). The day the film released, both Seema and Sohail, literally, ran away from their respective homes, walked into the nearest ‘Arya Samaj Mandir’ and tied the knot. Later, the families of both accepted their wedlock.

THE ITCH AFTER TWO DECADES
Sohail and Seema were happily married for years and have two adorable sons – Nirvaan Khan and Yohaan Khan. The biggest roller coaster their married life ever faced was a couple of years ago when reportedly they were about to call it quits. As per multiple inside reports, Sohail was getting a bit too close for comfort with Huma Qureshi.

So much so that everyone in their circles was talking about it. An upset Seema had even left the Khan house along with her kids. It was then that Salman Khan played the peace maker between the two. Even the whole Khan family supported Seema and that is when the meandering husband returned to his own wife, and things have been going on smooth.

WHAT DOES SEEMA DO?
In the last so many years, Seema has established herself as a big fashionista. She rose to fame by styling the costumes for the popular telly soap ‘Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin’. Seema has styled costumes for many Bollywood films too. Also, she runs a boutique in Mumbai named ‘Bandra 190’, along with owning a spa and a salon in the same city.
