Actor Arun Govil, who was the most discussed in the Ramayana serial, who played the role of Lord Rama. Arun Govil was born on January 12, 1958 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and completed studies there too. Most of his time passed in Shahjahanpur, after that he came to Mumbai and stepped into the world of acting.

Arun Govil married actress Shreekhela, and now she has two children named Amal and Sonika. After playing the role of Lord Rama in Ramayana, his tendency to become more and more towards God. He also worked in Hindi, Bhojpuri, Braj Bhasha, Oriya and Telugu language, but people still consider him as Lord Rama.
